As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Wealth Management Advisor / Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join our team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced advisor who enjoys building lasting relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients, while delivering truly holistic financial advice.
You will work alongside an established team and play a key role in developing comprehensive financial plans, managing complex client relationships, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice to affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Develop personalized strategies across retirement, tax, estate, investment, insurance, and cash flow planning.
- Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular client review meetings and proactively identify planning opportunities in an already established book.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and external professionals, including accountants and lawyers.
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and fiduciary responsibility.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of Griffith & Associates.
Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP*) designation.
- Minimum 5+ years* of experience in an Advisor role in wealth management and/or financial planning.
- Proven experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Experience managing complex client portfolios.
- Securities licensing (or ability to maintain required licensing immediately).
- Established professional network and business development experience.
